Thank you for taking the time to post your review of your time with us and we take every review seriously and very sorry that we have not lived up to our standards on this occasion. We are pleased that you were happy with the cleanliness of your unit. In response to your points. We do have a designated area where their is a Sign to park you vehicle for all guests staying on the Upper Level. This is so anyone staying in the ground floor units can have a better view and not looking at other guests cars. I am sorry we were unable to offer you a later check out due to an earlier commitment from a guest checking in to the same unit you stayed in. The room type you were in, we only have one of these, hence we were unable to shift either of the bookings. We only have 1 x Premier Lakeview One Bedroom Unit on the Upper Level, the rest are either Studio, Superior One Bedroom units or Premier Two bedrooms units. Believe me if we could have made this work we would have done what we could to assist you. I am sorry if I upset you by asking what your occupations were, this was merely just part of conservation with you. I do hope that you do have some fond memories of your time in Fiordland.
