Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to from Gatwick airport. Very good breakfast buffet. It is about 30' from Piccadilly Circus. The area is calm and faces beautiful Finsbury Park

I stayed in room 404, top floor. It was early February and they never turned on the central heating. The radiator was never hot. They don't have airconditioners in the rooms. So the room was cold the whole time... I don't recommend this hotel in the winter season.

The Hotel itself was lovely, friendly staff and clean. Breakfast was great too, with a varied choice. We had a family room, there were 2 adults and 3 children aged 11,13&15. The room was very small/cramped. Bathroom was very small, we couldn’t change in there, so privacy was an issue. We were also disturbed during the night by other occupants banging doors, and being very loud!!

Great one night
Great location. A quick walk to Finsbury Park station. The walls are quite thin and the room needs updating but overall felt comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Staff friendly but room very dated.
Staff were very friendly but the room was very tired. Kettle really old and dirty. Mugs were dirty. Only one remote for the two TV's in the apartment. Broken radiator temperature gauge which wasnt safe for the children. Had to switch boiler on for an hour to get hot water. I have never had to do this in any hotel before.

Room in fair condition, carpet could have done with a clean, mattress, worn out, was very soft and felt the springs. No body-wash in shower area. Shower curtain was short and water went everywhere. Shower water pressure was strong and fabulous.

Given a room down below reception, at front of property. Noise from busy road, but most annoying was the noise from above, scraping of furniture throughout the night

Room was average, but my main complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was very spotty to the point where it was getting very annoying. I asked the receptionist about it, but she said we should be getting excellent WiFi reception in our room and our phones might be the problem. Yeah, right. Also, there are no laundry facilities in the hotel, but there is a laundromat at the gas station (about 2 min walk).

Perfect for my One Night Stay.
Decent value for money, room and en suite were both a reasonable size for a single and had adequate facilities. Staff were very friendly and both check in and out were easy. Well connected being near to rail and tube stations and on a regular bus route. Will definitely use the hotel again.

A bit cramped in the Bathroom but still manageable. Buses and Trains close by. Car park a bit expensive at £10 per night but seems to be the average charge

Dirty, gross, needs money spent on it
receptionist was nice. We went to our room and we were absolutely appalled. It was dirty, it didn't look like it had been hoovered, things were broke or fixings were falling off, there was no lock on the bathroom door as it had obviously been pulled off, the toilet seat was lose, the loo roll holder was lose, the beds....they were the worst.....there were two double beds and 2 singles. It was for myself (I have health conditions so need a comfortable bed, my husband, our two children and my husbands nearly 80 year old mother who has had a hip replacement) The beds were lumpy, springy and had dips in them, my husband had to put an old blanket we found in the wardrobe under his side of the mattress to prop it up or he would just roll out of bed. I couldn't sleep much at all and my body hurts so so bad today the car ride home i had to stop multple times as my back is in agony, my mother in law just couldn't sleep and stayed awake all night reading her book as she was so uncomfortable. She is absolutely exhausted today driving 4 hours home. We bought her to London for the night as a suprise to take her to see her favourite band, she had never been to a concert before. We didn't have time to complain as we pretty much had to drop our stuff in the room, get ready and go to the gig. I was going to talk to staff this morning when I dropped the keys back at the desk but the lady didn't ask how our stay was, she couldn't care less so here is a review/email/pictures
