Your staff is the nicest group of people you ever want to spend time with. We had to go to a funeral and that being said they had compassion and true feelings of what we were going through. You don't find that in people today they just go about not caring about anyone but themself Your entire teams had heartfelt emotions and I thank them for that The one problem I had was the lighting in the bathrooms its to dim to put makeup on when I needed that the most Thanks for everything Sincerely

Good free breakfast Only thing is area doesn’t have any Uber/Lyft and the cab company the hotel gave us didn’t even answer the phone so be prepared

The first floor room smelled like a wet dog. The front desk indicated it was because the air is pulled from the outside, the outside was being replaced - and the explanation made zero sense. A dirty washcloth in the bathroom and broken toilet. Queen pillows on a king bed.

This is a great location in Tiffin for visiting both Tiffin and Heidelberg. Note that the beds are not very comfortable, and it is pretty clean, but could definitely be a little cleaner. The girl at check in made us feel like we were a nuisance, as we checked in at 8:30pm.

The hotel and our room was very clean. Breakfast was typical "included" fare but serve its purpose. The location was very convenient but the parking lot and landscaping could use some serious Spring cleaning.

Staff was great the man at the front desk at night was so helpful and friendly, there were two sketchy guys standing outside the doors at night that made things very uncomfortable. appears to be in the middle of some construction, room smelled very moldy right when you walk in the room, but room seemed very clean .

Wonderful staff!
The staff was very friendly and efficient. They called our room to let us know our lights were on in the truck. Also, I lost a gold earring and they called me on the phone later that day to tell me they had found it and would ship it to me. I was not even aware I had lost it. We will definitely stay there again!

I had a late check-in and called ahead. When arrived, staff were so kind and efficient. It was so nice to just head straight up to the room and get to sleep after our long drive.

The hotel was in a quiet, rural setting, but accessible to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick and efficient, the team made sure that my room would meet my needs. The checkout team was very helpful and made sure that I was off on a good start for my drive back to Chicago. The people working there are very committed to making sure their guests have a great experience.
