All the staff we talked to or came into contact with were exceptional, well done it felt great. There was a lady who managed the bar (I missed her name but she's a 6'2" runner from Oldham) and she was absolutely awesome. Hotel restaurant and bar were fantastic, one of the best meals I've ever had the wellington Surf and Turf. The bar was relaxing and had a wonderful female jazz singer on the night we were in there, also seemingly meticulously picked for the room and atmosphere.
