Worst Hotel Ever

Posted 22-Sep-2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The rooms could be cleaned and an overall makeover.
Checked into non-smoking room. When I entered the room a horrible smell of cigarette covered the entire room. carpet was dirty. I asked to be placed in another room. I was offered two other rooms that smelled worst than the first. After all that, I called the office attendant into the room so she can see the sticky spotted bedspread in the room. It looked as if it had not been washed. She just removed the bedspread and brought in another as if it was nothing even after I had already explained I would not be staying in her hotel. While I was waiting on the phone to find another hotel people who where smoking and very loud continue to pass in the walk ways. It was very busy with foot traffic even late in the evening.

We didn't even stay the night.

Before we even checked in I was already looking for somewhere else to stay, this place was scary. The area is alright, as in, its close to things.. but I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Horrible in every way.

Posted 23-Aug-2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
We arrived late due to travel only to have SOMEONE ELSE in our room when we opened the door and then zero help at the front desk. The lack of customer service skills was appalling, but not in light of the fact that they gave us a key to a room that someone else was in. The hotel was full and the refund process was less than helpful. We left unsure of if a refund occurred and no place to sleep at midnight in a very busy town. The cleanliness was non-existent -- looking back, I am glad we didn't have to stay there. It was also a very seedy part of town - do not stay at this hotel.

Bad shower

Posted 23-Aug-2017
Pros: Our room was located on the ground floor.
It was impossible to shower because the water kept turning cold all the time, the upstairs noise was bad, and couldn't get wifi to work. It is an older motel and needs some fixing up!

Do NOT stay here

The neighborhood was surrounded by industry and prostitution. Not a great place to stay.

Great value for price!!

Posted 26-Jun-2017
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms in this hotel. The furniture was old and outdated but in good condition. The bedding and towels were all new and very clean, crisp and stain free. The night desk gal offered me a muffin and fruit, to go, when I mentioned I would not be here in the morning for the free continental breakfast. I thought that was a nice touch and showed great customer service. The price is right for this clean, safe and quiet hotel.

My Memorable Stay at Travelodge.

It was really enjoyous.Your staff were in,in time when we needed them. However;I honestly didn't understand why you do not accept Credit/Debit Cards on purchases at your counter.I wanted to buy bottled drinking water and was advised that it must be only in cash.However;overall-I enjoyed the stay.Bravo Travelodge Team.
