Change our room size without telling us

wanted a room with 2 two beds for two Men and the changed it to one double when we got there. Staff was no help saying that they overbooked it and were pretty much luck to even have a room . When asked for a reasonable discount for only having one bed they said no and would have to contact expedia. We did not expect free just something, The hotel even call a couple days in advance to confirm we were coming still so they obsolutely knew we were comign still

Dont stay here.

Room wasnt ready and they even called us day of to confirm. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Smoking and drowning themselfs in perfume while trying to check in. Tv did not work and we did not get compensated in any way. Drugs were being sold out of a room two doors from us.

Remodel, Near the I 5

Pros: They had room when we needed it
Cons: Security cameras in showing the parking lots as our car was broken into.
Location: Near I 5 , a bit noisy but easy to find.
It was better than the old Motel 6's we've stayed at because this one had the new floors and showers etc. that come with their standard update.

Simple motel just three miles from the Tacoma Dome

We were there at the Dome for a concert so this was the perfect crash-out spot. A simple, no-frills motel that works for the purpose as advertised. It's also co-located with Johnny's diner so that's a bonus for the morning as far as breakfast is concerned. and there's a lovely view of Mount Rainier if you are lucky to get a second floor room on the eastern side.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is old. Not in a nice area, meth-heads hanging around the parking lot. The room had bedbugs.

Unfortunately, bed bugs are a world-wide problem and present a unique challenge due to their highly transient nature, traveling easily in luggage and clothing. This is why we continually train our housekeeping staff to proactively monitor all guest rooms for the potential presence of bed bugs and have standing contracts with professional exterminators to treat affected areas in case any are discovered on our premises. It was ok I guess. Stayed there for a sold out concert. Lots of food in the area. Casino nearby

Staff very friendly. It really needs to be updated. The bathroom is not large and badly needs an update. Overall it's comfortable and great for short stays.

Clean room...pool...friendly staff

They were very busy so i got in my room 20 min after chec-in however they were very polite and apologetic... the 20 min wait was worth it. Had a lovely 2 days in the sun tanning by the pool... the excellent restraunt nearby offered a fine menu and down to earth staff.
