Dirty! Don't do it!

Outside of hotel was so smelly, like a sewer so ran inside only to be met with cigarette smell and smoke in stairwell. Room had huge stains on floor and bedspread. Dust and hair in balls all over room. Bed worn so sunk in the middle. Horrible room and horrible stay. Lucky they weren't at the front desk when we left at dawn or I would have given them an earful

Nothing is provided in the room including standard items like plastic cups and blowdrier, nevermind extras like kitchen equipment for the kitchenette. The room was in disrepair. Truck traffic from the Port of Tacoma near by makes it impossible to get anywhere without being stuck in a traffic jam.

Close to the Dome

Pros: I like having a kitchen area, so I can bring dinner and have it in the room.
Cons: Making sure the rooms are ready when you check in. It was a huge inconvenience to have to wait over a half hour to get into our rooms.
Location: It's close to the Dome and casino.
I have stayed at this facility in the past, and it is a good hotel for the price. I stayed here with friends to attend a concert at the Tacoma Dome. It is a quick drive and you are there. I was unhappy with our check in. The desk attendant was very pleasant and apologetic, but when we arrived at 5pm, both our rooms were not cleaned or ready and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get into our rooms and that pushed us back on time to get to the concert. Check in time was 3pm, so 2 hours later at 5pm our rooms still weren't ready. It was a huge inconvenience.

Based on first impressions, we almost didn't stay

Pros: The rooms were nicer than the common areas.
Cons: Cleanliness of the hotel common areas.
Location: Was a 2 minute drive to Tacoma Dome for concerts.
Lobby dirty, staff friendly and quick, elevator dirty and smelled of marijuana, alcohol, and pee. Hallways to the rooms needed vacuuming. Opened our door to our room and was relieved. Clean room, nice kitchenette, clean bathroom. Hotel DOES NOT USE FITTED BED SHEETS, so halfway through the night you are touching bare mattress- ICKY!

Will not book here again

Pros: One lady at the desk was very pleasant.
Cons: Everything
Location: Lots to do around this area, beautiful city
Very disappointing. The rooms were clean but they had nothing to offer When dishes were needed they were out or could give you one or two items (pots pans, dishes, cups etc). They don't wash your sheets until you stay for over 5 days and you have to take your towels to the desk to get replacements. It lacks the comfort of a hotel, more like a studio apt and your on your own. It does have a full size refrigerator but that was the only plus. The beds are full size so not very comfortable for a couple.. No exercise room either

Nice location

Stayed a few times now, the hotel could use some upgrades. Staff is always friendly and the location is great. It's a decent place if you just want the basic suite.

Basic accommodations in convenient spot

Easy to get to from the interstate--about 40 minutes from downtown Seattle and 15 from Tacoma. Room was basic but functional. Front desk staff was very helpful. Refrigerator worked, had to ask for multiple hairdryers as the first one didn't work.

Not clean - strange smells

Front desk staff was nice but ditzy. First room they gave me was not clean yet. So they got me a different room. This second room smelled like jalepenos and burnt salsa. The door handles and carpet were filthy. Oh, at first the key card to this room did not work. So I had to go back, again, to the front desk for them to get me new cards.
