"Staff were excellent. They were up to the mark specially front desk Hilda and Arnold- I am Anglo sizing their Norwegian names here - were extremely helpful for our needs at the hotel . All in all great hotel to stay . I would strongly recommend to anyone to stay here "

"So I always stay here whenever I am in Oslo, strangely I forgot the room no that I always stay in and I managed to get in touch with the property and showed them my pics of the room from previous two stays. And they found the room. Sadly they could not allocated me for the first night , I guess they forgot, but next day they made sure I got the room. They were super duper nice and welcoming and apologetic for the situation, makes me realise how caring they are towards their guest. I work in one of the luxury 5 star hotel in london and seeing this in Oslo made me feel good about working in hospitality. And Also, they gave me their email to book my specific room with them when I am visiting again. I usually visit 2-3 times a year to Oslo. And the hospitality and the view from my room makes me wanna come back to this hotel again and again. Thank you everyone , the whole team ♥️🇳🇴 love SUMAIR "
"This hotel was amazing ! It was in the perfect location , walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself had alotttt of amenities . There were two restaurants attached to it that were delicious and super esthetic. It have a laundry room , game area , tv room, multiple meeting offices , and it was self service which I love ! "
"Hotel was very good, continently located. We took bus from airport which dropped us just in front of the hotel.
Room was quite comfortable (we were upgraded to a family room). Bathroom was relatively smaller but nicely organised.
The best part was the breakfast that was amazing. Very wide spread and lot of choices. Overall, very nice experience. "
"First and foremost, Andreas met us to chexk in and he was wonderful. He was friendly and heloful. Everytime he saw us he would greet us.
The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and our sleep was peaceful. The location was excellent. The subway was within walking distance and took us every plalce we wanted to go. I recommend this Hotel. You will not be disappointed "
"if you have a car, it’s going to cost you over US$55 approximately, it was a little bit hard to figure out because you have to open up a garage door to find the parking which is almost across the street from the hotel, which is nice, but download the easy park app it will help youi OK. but for the price, the room was very good."
