Evin bakımsızdı.
Temizlik iyiydi ancak evin bakımı iyi yapılmamıştı. Balkon kapılarından birinin kilidi bozuktu, kapanmıyordu. 2 yatağın bazası kırıktı ve mutfak kapkacakları eksikti.

Smoezelig appartement
Heel jammer dat het appartement ronduit smerig was, wc's waren goor, zelfs de lichtknoppen zagen gewoon zwart, heb de 1ste dag alleen maar gepoetst om het enigszins schoon te krijgen Gordijnen hadden nooit een sopje gehad en waren groezelig, airco lekte van alle kanten waardoor het achter de bank nat was en ging ruiken, badkamers waren beschimmeld, vingerafdrukken en vette plekken op de linnenkasten en ga zo maar door Dood en doodzonde want met een hele goede poetsbeurt en wat fatsoenlijk onderhoud was dit een prachtig appartement geweest
