"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Absolutely perfect for a place to stay in London after a late concert. Practically opposite Holborn Tube station and walking distance to Covent Garden. Room had no window so a little like sleeping in a big cupboard but we were literally there to sleep. Well laid out with all normal hotel provision - kettle, hairdryer etc. Would definitely use again if in London for a night."
