The beds are comfortable, the shower good, everywhere is clean. The rooms have balconies, which is a nice addition, and you can really feel 'at one' with the forest.It was so very hot! I got the 3rd degree at check in becase I had travel visas from 5 years ago in my passport, which really ruined my experience. The food was awful. The restaurant closed before its advertised time, even though I had paid for dinner and availability had been checked in advance. There was nothing left at the buffet - not even bread. There was no a la carte option. Breakfast was much better, but all 3 coffee machines broke, the juice machine pumped water with a squirt of coloured luquid, and fruit was - in part - mouldy. Bread, cheese and tomatoes were good as were some very nice warm pastries. There were hot options, but I didn't try these. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not the best hotel I have stayed at."
