Our room was great with a beautiful view of the cruise port, very confortable beds and bathrooms has everything you need. Close to many restaurants and icons places. Staff was incredibly and very helpful. The welcome wine and sweets was a nice touch.

Excellent rooms with their own living room suites. Spacious and luxurious. Would highly recommend. Right by the port so the views are also outstanding. Next to the old town so everything is walkable.

This was a lovely property. We were visiting a friend at the marina and this location was very close as well as being very near the old town center. Parking was very convenient as the property offers complementary Valet. We even received an upgraded room which was AMAZING! Thank you so much!

Don't know how it's five star.
Hotel was clean and nice enough, but the room was cramped and the supposed 'view' was of a flat roof! The room was too hot and the air conditioning not good enough to cool it down adequately. No drinks menu in the bar which is very strange for a five star hotel. Service was very slow.

The hotel is lovely and walking distance from the main town. The staff are really pleasant, the place is very clean and the breakfast was great. . The pool and gym area below the hotel is separate, albeit residents have access to it. It's an amazing local facility however it's the only outside space for the hotel and can be very busy which takes from some of the ambiance you might expect. That said, I'd happily go back there again

Close to old town, great hotel
We were very well received by the reception staff, with welcome drink and fruit, that always matters after a long journey. We went for the suite which was more spacious than expected. Just note, spa facilities are within a gym very close by, so you are not sharing those just with hotel guests. A great stay for us overall.

What started off well, ended poorly
Stayed at this hotel multiple times and I thought the issues with noise were long gone but not so. Booked two junior suites; on arrival one of the rooms was upgraded to a suite. From experience this should have rang an alarm bell as I have had this before, what sounds like good news is a move to a problem room ... but surely not with a suite? It was late, we were tired, we checked in. First night, a Thursday, ok. Friday night got back to the room at around 12.30am; suite on 3rd floor, 2 floors above the restaurant. Come 1.30am party in full swing, boom, boom, music can be heard as plain as day in the room. 2.30am music getting louder, call to reception, "sorry will ask to turn down the volume". When asked what time does it finish, "dont know". Well the music stopped at 5am. Next day complained to reception. Sorry. Is there a party tonight? Yes but it finishes at 1am. So no music after 1am? Cant guarantee, depends if the Maitre D agrees to extend. Will see if we have other rooms available, check back later. I ask is this really a nightclub with rooms. Get back around 6pm, in the room is a sleep kit with earplugs! Unbelievable! Call down to reception, told if we wish to take other rooms there are standard rooms available, no discount, and we will have to move all our clothes etc. now as they want to sell our rooms! Wrote to NH on their app, no response. This hotel positions itself as 5 star. It is not. The "spa" is far from it, sauna and jacuzzi not working. Look elsewhere!

Very nice and affordable during off season
I stayed in one of the suites at NH Collection Finisterre recently and must say that the hotel was better than my expectation, room was nice and tidy, clean and functioned well. The suite though had so many different lighting options that some sort of rationalization would have saved me 5 min every night... Breakfast was among the best with a large variety of options but notably not bacon and egg that many americans would prefer. The local options though were well represented and tasted very good. Staff was professional and friendly, only mistake was that on Friday night there was events going at the hotel that shut down the normal dinner restaurant. This is something they really should have notified us about at check in.

Amazing stay in heart of the old town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. First time in a Coruna but will definitely be back and will stay here. 50m outdoor pool was incredible!!
