Stayed at this hotel multiple times and I thought the issues with noise were long gone but not so. Booked two junior suites; on arrival one of the rooms was upgraded to a suite. From experience this should have rang an alarm bell as I have had this before, what sounds like good news is a move to a problem room ... but surely not with a suite? It was late, we were tired, we checked in. First night, a Thursday, ok. Friday night got back to the room at around 12.30am; suite on 3rd floor, 2 floors above the restaurant. Come 1.30am party in full swing, boom, boom, music can be heard as plain as day in the room. 2.30am music getting louder, call to reception, "sorry will ask to turn down the volume". When asked what time does it finish, "dont know". Well the music stopped at 5am. Next day complained to reception. Sorry. Is there a party tonight? Yes but it finishes at 1am. So no music after 1am? Cant guarantee, depends if the Maitre D agrees to extend. Will see if we have other rooms available, check back later. I ask is this really a nightclub with rooms. Get back around 6pm, in the room is a sleep kit with earplugs! Unbelievable! Call down to reception, told if we wish to take other rooms there are standard rooms available, no discount, and we will have to move all our clothes etc. now as they want to sell our rooms!

This hotel positions itself as 5 star. It is not. The "spa" is far from it, sauna and jacuzzi not working.
Look elsewhere!
