BOUJEE PLACE IN FERRARA
Went back to Ferrara Italy after 16 years with the family. We were traveling with our 2 teenagers and needed 2 combined rooms (my daughter is a special young adult and needs to be in the same room with us). This Bed & Breakfast was perfect. Our room was BL3, next to courtyard and breakfast area. It was 2 rooms in 1 with 2 separate showers. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were updated and chick. Fabio was amazing. The rooms were very cleaned and organized. The showers were first class! Highly recommend this place and can not wait to go back. Oh by the way while I’m Ferrara, visit Cusina De Butega! AMAZING ITALIAN RESTAURANT - the best in Italy!

A great place to stay and explore from
Ferrara is probably a place for a 3 or 4 night stay but we stayed for 12 nights and couldn't have picked a better place than this hotel. We stayed in Room 5 which had a mezzanine upstairs with a sofa bed and TV. To have so much room was great. Fabio was a great host and was extremely helpful. Ferrara is a lovely Italian town. The castle is well worth a visit and there are many good restaurants. From the town you can visit Venice, Florence, Ravenna and the beach at Comacchio ...all within an hour on the train or bus.

Newly remodeled, very clean and comfort, nice staff. Great experience except problem with wifi for the first day, the owner worked hard to have problem solved. Would recommend.

Modern, elegant design in a historic building - a small hotel (only six rooms) that makes you feel like a guest in a gracious home. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the location is very central but quiet. We enjoyed everything about our stay and our visit to Ferrara. Highly recommended!

A lovely b&b right next to the Ferrara castle - it does not get much more central than this. Fresh modern and spacious rooms, nice bfast with home made cakes, yoghurt and bread. I will definitely go back there next time I am in Ferrara.

Stayed 4 nights late October as a surprise for my partner's birthday (high standards!) and this beautiful B&B was perfect. The two owners were relaxed, very helpful and friendly, and they show obvious pride in their considerable achievement of renovating a beautiful Ferrara mansion into a very special place to stay, The room was furnished and decorated simply and elegantly. It was open plan, so no drawers or closing wardrobe, just shelves - and the shower was walk-in. Breakfast had a wide range of foods. Looking left out of the window there is a beautiful view of the immense Ferrara castle. Indeed the hotel could not be more perfectly positioned in this beautiful city of cobbled streets, pedestrians and cyclists. We walked the streets and visited as much as we could in 3 days,and came back to one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Thank you Luca and Alessandro for giving us a very special and happy week.

Great Hotel!
We loved this hotel, the two owners were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions of where to eat. They also suggested places to visit for the day by train. We went to Venice one day and Ravenna a different day by train, both a short distance away. We stayed at this hotel for eight nights using this city as our base. It was a twenty minute walk to the train station. The only downside to this hotel is that most people stay here for one to two nights so they do not have any drawers to put away your clothes. They do have a place to hang your clothes and a few shelves to stack foldable clothes. We asked for extra hangers and that helped a lot. They had a very nice breakfast which is included. They make their own yogurt which was fantastic and they also make their own bread which is very good.

A cosy B&B a stone's throw away from the Castle
A very nice place, with large and spotless rooms, very very comfortable beds and a wonderful Km 0 breakfast. Not to mention the free parking in the Ferrara city centre, an unique plus... I'll certainly come back here on my next visit to Ferrara.

Sleepless Night
Everything about this hotel was great, except for one thing . There is not an air conditioning vent in the upstairs loft of the family room. The 95 degree heat that Fererra was experiencing, made sleeping difficult in the loft. Heat rises and the loft was unbearable to sleep for my two children. They instead, slept on the hard floor at the base of our bed downstairs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple, but not for a family, until they install an air conditioning vent in the upstairs loft.

Lovely modernised B&B in the centre of Ferrara
Borgoleoni 18 is a lovely and very recently modernised B&B just opposite the Palazzo Estense in the centre of Ferrara (and close by to the stop Ferrara Fly Bus to Bologna airport.) The facilities were excellent, the owners very helpful and Ferrara is a lovely place to visit for a city-break.

La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro storico. Il servizio è cordiale ed attento. La colazione è ricca e con ingredienti freschissimi e gustosi. Il parcheggio proprio al di fuori della struttura è chiuso e videosrovegliato, utilissimo.

BL18, where staying is perfect
Borgoleoni 18 is one of the very top hotels (B&B) of Ferrara. It is just perfect. Super staff, who will do everything to make your stay as nice as possible. Conveniently located in the city center but still quietly enough not to be disturbed by any noise. The private parking is a plus. The rooms and interior are very tasteful decorated and in an impeccable state.

Era tempo che tramite internet avevo adocchiato il posto, finalmente ho colto l'occasione per fare una sorpresa al mio ragazzo e volevo prendere la stanza BL6 con l'idromassaggio. Facendo la prenotazione sbaglio e ne prenoto un'altra. La ragazza Francesca è stata super gentile quando chiedo se la potevamo cambiare. Camera pulitissima, una struttura fantastica. Preso colazione in camera, tutto buonissimo e soprattutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Mi piacerebbe tornarci!

Posizione strategica a 50 metri dal castello. Ottimi servizi,camera hi tech pulita e funzionale,colazione ottima,con ragazza attenta e gentile. Unica pecca,come gia specificato in altra recensione ,è il supplemento di 20 euro per il check-in oltre le 20 e 50 oltre le 22. Tale condizione viene comunicata solo nella mail informativa che la struttura invia qualche giorno prima del soggiorno.

Bella struttura con tutti i conforts, moderna, elegante e sobria negli arredi in un elegante palazzo d'epoca con ascensore. Pulizia perfetta e personale gentilissimo. Really lovely place. A real gem. Very comfortable and high spec room. The host made amazing dinner recommendations making for a wonderful stay in this gorgeous city. Fresh foods and newly baked pastries for breakfast was an added extra. Would absolutely stay again.

Week-end romantico a Ferrara
Due giorni a Ferrara con mio marito per visitare la città e assistere a uno spettacolo al Teatro Comunale Claudio Abbado. L'hotel Borgoleoni 18 è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa: centralissimo, elegante, silenzioso, colazione ottima e... utilissime le bici per visitare la città in tutta libertà. Torneremo sicuramente!

In pieno centro.
Il Borgoleoni è un B&B posizionato a pochi metri dal castello degli Estensi, perciò proprio in centro a Ferrara. È un palazzetto del 500 con sole 6 camere finemente ristrutturate in stile moderno. Sufficiente la colazione e molto comodo l'annesso parcheggio a pagamento. WI-FI un poco lento.

Nice place downtown Ferarra
I spent one night in the hotel/B/B. It is Ferrara downtown in front of the Caste and few minutes walk from the railway station, attractions and restaurants. The place is brand new with high level fornitures and services. People at the desk has been very kind and helpful. The place is very clean. The breakfast has a large selection of food but hot food was missing. There was wifi but i did not use becuase it was too much complicated to access the network. It is not what people on business trip expect. I feel to suggest this place expecially for leasure trips
