A nice place for a trio
A convenient location near the train station. Rooms were clean and worked for our short stay in Geneva. But rather bare bones and weird lighting. Cost was good for the area but expensive for this type of room

I stayed here with family for one night whilst travelling Switzerland. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is opposite the main train station and is on the door step of Geneva. The shops, attractions and old town are only a matter of minutes away on foot. The hotel rooms are on the smaller side (we had a triple room) but the rooms were very clean, smelt great (think they pump air freshener in) and were very light and modern. The staff were all very professional and helpful. We asked for recommendations for dinner and they spent a considerable amount of time helping us. The only downsides for the hotel were that the rooms were very warm and the aircon was deactivated as it was winter time, so we had to open the window to cool down and sleep at night. The additional downside to opening the window was the building next door appears to be having extensive building work and the buildings wrap flaps at night in then wind and is loud and the building work, which is very loud starts early, so sleep wasn’t the greatest. Overall, it was a nice hotel and in an excellent location, but until the building works next door have been completed, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed here multiple times without any issues, but this time it took 8 hours and 3 requests to get Geneva bus card. Not sure if check-in staff were too busy, but request was finally honored the third time

The hotel itself is very nice and in a convenient location next to the train station. But there was a lot of noise from the street all night even though I was on the seventh floor. Looked like some homeless beggars gathered opposite and had loud music, dogs barking and people yelling all night.

Super conveniet location, walking distance to train station, close to shops and restaurants. Beware if traveling in summer, very poor design of the air con flow, only keeping half of the room cool with the lowest temp setting, very hot around the bed. No separate lighting for bathroom or sink area, so turning on lights for bathroom or wash area would require lighting up the room. No refrigerator in the room, coupled with poor air con, again something to be mindful during summer (i.e. buying and keeping Swiss chocolate in the hotel room.)

Cute hotel. Area a bit shady especially at night. Lot of food options nearby. Rooms were clean. Beds were a bit small for two people as it was two single mattresses together on a bigger frame. Mr Christophe was very accommodating at the front desk. Kinda disappointed that wasn't told about the free local transport pass that is offered by Geneva city.

Essentials, location and great staff
Wonderful location: Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.. Easy walk to/from the Geneva train station and bus stops. Easy walk to the Geneva Old Town area and the gardens. I was able to catch a bus from Geneva train station to CERN and also to the U.N. headquarters area. Wonderful staff: The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided the Wifi password and an electrical outlet adapter when I arrived. The room: the air conditioner worked wonderfully! The room was small, but efficient and interestingly designed in a modern way. The room was very clean, and the daily maid service was excellent. I liked the mini-fridge with water, juice, beer and wine in the common area near the elevator on my floor (self-report use). The room was quiet, and had a simple desk for working. The only negative was that the bed was a bit hard. I would definitely stay there again.

A good hotel in a convenient location
The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station. It is decorated in a modern style. Hotel staff were nice and efficient. The rooms get a fair amount of noise from outside on the street, people in the hallways and near elevators. There is air conditioning, but is set by the hotel (perhaps a little warmer than some might like). Rooms are clean and functional, but may not always seem comfortable.

We would highly recommend Hotel Crystal. Very near railway station in a quiet street. Clean comfortable and clever room design. We felt safe walking in the area. Need a 3 pin European adapter for charging electrical equipment. Lido on lake good for a visit.

Too warm to sleep! I could not control the room temperature. It was too warm. I turned the heat completely off and still it was too warm. I needed to open the windows to be comfortable enough to sleep, which was way too noisy to do. Would not stay again.

This hotel was in a great location. Near the train so it was easy to get to from the airport. The 20 bus was nearby to get me to the botanical gardens, the RedCross museum and UN. It was near the bus tour departure point for my tours to Chamonix and Gruyère. Good souvenir shopping and good restaurants. It was a short walk to the lake. The room was tiny but very modern and clean and quiet. The included breakfast had a nice variety of foods. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the room had many shelves which was perfect for all the clothes and bathroom supplies for two girls traveling together. A/C felt amazing after a couple of other stays in Europe that did not have it. I especially appreciated the staff. The staff is 24/7 and are extremely nice and accommodating. We actually stayed here at both the beginning and end of our trip and the staff recognized us immediately and welcomed us back. Highly recommend. The location is very walkable. You are next to the train station where there are a few store that are open late which comes in handy in Switzerland where most things close early, on Sundays, etc. Also just downstairs from the hotel are loads of shops and an easy walk to the water.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Easy access to anywhere as the train station is less than 2mins walk. The place to have breakfast is on the 8th floor and the view is beautiful!

Great location, on a side street , quiet and safe. 1 block from Cornavin train station. (15 mns from airport station) Super convenient, walkable to everywhere. Room was spacious with practical design, bed comfortable but pillow soft though. Breakfast is avwrage in Switzerland standard but more sufficient. They gave the travel card so no need to pay for public transportation which is superbe. Will definitely recommend

Very close to train station
We are happy with this hotel. very close to the station, many restaurants near by, short walk to Geneva Lake. The room is clean, and nice layout, good size shower. It has may shelves. The shower/toilet is in a separate room and the sink is outside. This helps when multiple people can get ready at the same time. A couple minor things to add is if we can have towel/clothes hooks inside the shower room, and the key card instead of heavy metal key to carry with us. We will stay here again.

Great stay
Very clean, very friendly, absolutely no problems. The friendliness of the staff stood out. 4 minute walk to the tram. Breakfast was plain but good. Coffee was excellent which means a lot. I will certainly be back.
