I remembered liking it, but I didn't remember being knocked out by *just* how lush the initial impression is, *just* how friendly and helpful the staff are, and just how nice the room was. I'm *reasonably* sure it's undergone a total overhaul and the result is the feeling of luxury without the price tag. The hotel is VERY convenient to pretty much everything, too. Straight to the top of my London go-to hotels."

Throughout my stay, every team member was friendly and attentive. My room was clean and well-appointed. Additionally, I dined at both hotel restaurants, and the food was delicious. The piano bar was also wonderful, with a warm and welcoming staff. I will definitely return to the Royal Garden Hotel for another stay soon. Thank you for providing such outstanding service."
