Serene Sands - sea facing 3 bedroom charming townhouse and garden

Our new build 3 bedroom townhouse is ideally situated in the quiet neighbourhood, two hundred yards from the sea with great sea views, great walks nearby along the promenade and to the Landguard peninsula.
In front of the house is a grassy area around a historic Martello Tower, part of England's defences from the 19th Century. There's a new play area and the stylish SeaYou Cafe and Restaurant. We live at the start of the Felixstowe Promenade which runs 1.9 miles along Felixstowe, for a very pleasant walk, up to the Victorian Gardens and into town if you fancy. Or walk the other way from the house, and onto Landguard Peninsula nature reserve, a lovely peaceful walk with views of the coast, across to Harwich, and round to the port, with special bird-watching opportunities, free roaming rabbits and some Second World War artefacts.

Super Serene Sands
Serene sands is a super place to stay. Great location (you cant get closer to the beach) lovely sea views and the house has everything needed for a home away holiday. Benji & Leah provide everything you need including comprehensive instructions/advice. We would be happy to go back and stay at Serene sands.

Due to the lockdown we were unable to travel on our original date, but we were able to reschedule without any difficulty. Excellent location with stunning views. Everything was spotless. NEWISH BUILDING IN GOOD LOCATION AND SEAVIEW
STAYED A WEEK AND FOUND FEW MINOR PROB LEMS BUT THAT IS BEING FUSSY. CLEAN, ALL EQUIPMENT WORKED COULD NOT FAULT THE DESCRIPTION. ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH. LOCATION IS VERY GOOD WITH SEAVIEW AND 2 PLAYGROUNDS IF YOU ARE WITH CHILD/CHILDREN. CAN AND DO RECOMMEND

Our second holiday here - the house is a perfect location, we love the view of the sea and being so near to the beach. The weather wasn’t as hot as last year so we had our own private beach. The children loved it! Thanks again Benji and Leah.

Very good house and location
House was excellent. Very clean, well kitted out and lovely furnishings. Spectacular views out to sea, especially from the second floor Juliet balcony. Very convenient for walking out along the promenade and Landguard Point. Ample parking and easy to access main roads to travel further afield.
