The modern and newly furnished apartment has a living-dining area with an integrated kitchen, flat-screen TV in the living room and bedroom and a spacious balcony with a beach chair. Beautiful sunrises are guaranteed! The apartment is designed with oak parquet flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a shower and bath and a washing machine. A separate storage room on the ground floor is available for guests to store bicycles and surfing equipment they have brought with them. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, also with a dog, but multiple occupancy of up to 4 people is possible. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room is available for this purpose. The holiday complex is located directly on the marina and dyke, so that you are just a few steps away from the Baltic Sea. Cafes and restaurants invite you to linger. There are delicious rolls, tarts and cakes. If you would like to enjoy breakfast in a beach chair, you can already watch the hustle and bustle of the port in the morning. Highlights include: free WiFi, all consumption-based energy costs. Ob Bad, Wohnzimmer ... Die Wohnung war schon toll, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ob Bad, Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer, überall viel Platz. Nur der Ausblick vom Balkon war nicht so schön. Aber Orth ist eine Reise wert. Gleich um die Ecke der Yachthafen, tolle Sonnenuntergänge.
