The room was nice, but there were quite a lot of stains on the soft furnishings like sofas, chairs, ottoman etc… the room had a lot of issues, lots of lights didn’t work, only have of the ceiling lights worked, none of the lamps worked, neither of the bedside lights worked which was a real inconvenience. The tv didn’t connect to the internet, the wired connection didn’t work and it couldn’t connect to free WiFi. The bedding, both pillows and duvet had black marks on it and the bath was dirty. We were only staying for one night so it wasn’t too bad, but for a penthouse I was expecting a lot more. We are planning another trip back to the city at the end of the month and we are now having to look at other places to stay due to the disappointment. Staff were great though and very friendly.

"The hotel was good. Not anything crazy. There were some very very noisy guests who were partying non-stop from 6 pm until about 2 am. Staff was informed and made an effort but the partying continued. Rooms are a bit outdated but it was a fine property for a quick stay in Derry."
