"My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know. "

"Main door to unit's closing mechanism in disrepair. Room lock safe had pieces of wall missing around it. Makeshift repairs. Not much in the way of making you feel safe/secure."

"The Saionara is close to two metro stations and the main bus station. There are eateries and a market very close by. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The shower is excellent. Breakfast is good with all the usual choices. For some reason I was not able to use the internet. I could log on but there was no service which made things a little difficult. "

"Nice stay. Within a big mall with lot of food and shopping options. Staff is very helpful."

"The fire alarm went off for about 1-2 hours. I didn't even get to sleep. I stayed for less than one day for the purpose of resting. So if you want to rest, don't come here."
