She added $100.00 charge and said it would be reversed back to the credit card at the time of leaving. Room very clean and they had coffee machine in the room that made us happy. "

"Rooms are nice; however, there's a room in the 2nd floor that has a fire alarm that likes to go off at 6 in the morning. Last stay, it was our room. This stay, was the room above ours (likely our room the last visit). Keycards also demagnitize even when kept away from everything. This has happened on the last 3 visits here. This time, they didn't work walking from the front desk to the room. It's also inconvenient since you need them to get in the building. "
