About this space  
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Walking distance to downtown Fayetteville and the New River Gorge National Park. Handicap accessible with paved concrete driveway/parking, level entrance and open shower. New renovation making an older house into a bright, modern home!  
  
The space  
The house offers complete handicap access with a concrete driveway/parking, level entrance, and open shower. All specs within our home are to code providing a wonderful place to stay for each and every guest. As a new renovation, everything is bright and shiny with beautifully finished hardwood floors. New front and back deck spaces are available for outside dining to capture the sunrise and sunset. With 2 full bathrooms, each guest can have privacy while enjoying an open concept living area to share with family and friends.

Guests have access to the entire house, deck space, yard, and driveway.  
  
Other things to note  
We are a pet friendly home and love traveling with our pet family members. To protect our home, we do require a $75 pet fee. Along with your number of guests, select that you are also bringing a pet to have the pet fee automatically applied. Please contact us with any further questions or concerns regarding your pet stay.  
  
At this time, our home is designed more specifically for adults. Please no children.

The home was very clean and well equipped. Plus it was recently remodeled and tastefully decorated. There is a nice deck with a small roof where we enjoyed our morning coffee. It’s conveniently located between the New River Gorge National Park and Summersville Lake.We selected this location because of its world class rock climbing, hiking and biking trails.
