The rooms are enormous and the service from all staff was really a 5/5. Free spa amenities wet and dry saunas, hot tub, pool with nice robes and slippers provided with the room. There are only 22 rooms so they get to know each guest very quickly. Great stay and would highly recommend.

This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again.

Didn ’t feel like the room was cleaned properly. Many hair in bathrooms and on the robes. Staff wasn’t welcoming nor very pleasant the second night. The restaurant buffet though was very nice high quality foods and nice service. The access to pool and spa opens way too late at 10am and closes way too early at 8pm for people who work…

Great hotel in beautiful town. Was upgraded free of charge as the room we booked was not easily accessible with a small baby and pushchair. Room was spacious snd clean. Breakfast was good with amazing fresh orange juice!
