"Room was good. However, come The couch in the room looked old and cushions were very worn. The cost of the stay was very good. Breakfast could have been really good but breakfast items were very low and it took them a long time to refill things. The staff tried really hard.."

"Felt new & nicer than avrge. Couch & kitchenette area were divided w/ half wall which was nice to separate bed and TV area. Lots of extras to make it feel high-class. Breakfast was wonderful & well-staffed & attended by polite workers. We rated this lower due to the front desk was understaffed and too busy for only one person. She was polite & friendly for being so overwhelmed, but it resulted in a lack of good service. We waited behind several people to check in; we waited again an hour later behind 4 people to get extra towels. There was no time for questions to be answered. The building is huge with 4 floors & different wings, no map was provided or shown & just a few verbal directions were given. It took us a lot of time to find our room and then figure out the closest spot to park. The hall looks identical looking right or left w/ exit signs at either end. One end being the stairs and the other being the elevator and stairs. I was very turned around and kept going to the wrong end when I wanted the elevator. There was a spot for an ice machine on 2nd floor but no machine. We wandered around until we found one down on the first floor, but we should have been told this by the front desk. We were also expecting & needing a fridge/freezer but it was only a fridge. As we left the following morning there again were several people lined up needing help. Being able to easily park, find the room, get the help & info we needed & having a freezer would have given this a 5-star"

"Friendly staff Very comfortable room beautiful location. Great swimming pool and hot tub. Wish I could have stayed longer. The thing I didn't like was all the silverware, steak knives, ice cube trays and glasses were in the dish washer. This was to show you that they had all been cleaned. Really. After being on the road for 10 hours I did not appreciate having to empty the dishwasher! There was dishwashing soap but no salt and pepper or pam spray. This was a time share facility but a hotel room to me."

"A wonderfully modern, clean and comfortable lake view home apartment!! Situated above the garage, this was a perfect cozy and private place for the 2 of us. Not far from Hayden and CDA but far enough to get away from city life. The deck with fireplace is a place you won't want to leave! Everything was as described and depicted!"

"Comfy. Clean, Quiet, located in a quiet, safe, well-maintained neighborhood .Big backyard with deck. Flawless experience from booking to checkout. Everything is self explanatory, no hassles with a single thing. There are numerous phone chargers, and even some to-go snacks."
