The beds are horrible. They are misshapen with a “trough” in the mattress. They put a foam pad on the mattress but it doesn’t fill the hole!

The front desk check in was good. The clerk gave us good information for restaurants and shopping in the area. Good hot breakfast. The room was large and very clean

Check in went well. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s an inexpensive hotel nothing fancy but decent enough. Last time I stayed here without any problems, but this time the fire alarm went off in my room early in the morning and was so loud and ear piercing. It hurt my ears and gave me a headache. It went on for about 10 or 15 minutes. Then, when I went to get my fruits and vegetables out of the refrigerator in the room, they were all frozen and hard as a rock and had to be thrown away.

Clean clean clean. Breakfast was decent. Breakfast included hot eggs, potatoes and sausage patties. Yogurt, cereal and fruit. Pleasantly surprised.

Staff very friendly high marks. Room very clean. Hotel a little dated but still a nice place to stay. My only complaint would be the shower water pressure was a little low for my liking.

Solidly good hotel for the price. if you are staying in Farmington, this is a solid place to stay. The breakfast was excellent; eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc; a good selection and the hotel is right downtown near lots of other places to visit.

The rooms we had we quite dated, but it seems the staff keep things as clean as they can. The breakfast was really quite good. And we found the staff was wonderfully friendly during our stay.

The conditions of the property are in need of some TLC, but with that being said; the room was very clean, the bathroom very clean. When I search motels/hotels it’s about a clean room, and they were. The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was nice and good. Would I stay again; absolutely!
