The place is vey nice. The staff was cordial, at most, both evening and morning desk attendants. They were accommodating, but not warm and welcoming. The shower spray didn’t work very well, but was hot.

I only stayed for one night as I am traveling across country for work, and this hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and despite being on the first floor right next to the front desk it was also very quiet. I did have issues initially with my digital key being delivered, however, Josh at the front desk was lovely and able to alleviate my issues over the phone. He was polite, professional, and efficient, he deserves a raise despite the noise going on around him— he deserves a raise! I did peek in the fitness center as that is something I typically utilize when traveling, all of the machines looked in great shape, and there was even a Peloton or similar bike to be used. The area around the hotel also has several stores and a mall as well as many restaurants with several that are open late.

I had a fantastic time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fargo, ND. We had our entire team in the conference room and it was amazing. Great Wi-Fi and technology. The lunch provided made our time together memorable. I would strongly recommend you staying here for both hotel and conference meeting spaces.

Not sure if we will stay at this hotel again.
It was a very clean and quiet room but the bed…. It felt so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Ouch! And then we felt like they put queen sized bedding on a King size bed. It was awful.

We had a room with a whirlpool. We didnt request it. We didn't use it. We would much rather have a couch, or someplace comfortable to sit. That's our complaint. Thank you.

This location is okay. It's clean and quiet, etc. The room we stayed in seemed small, however, especially relative to the price we paid. I was surprised at how expensive it was - much higher than I thought it would be for what we got. For instance, no continental breakfast was offered. When we checked into our first room, there were dirty clothes on the floor in the middle of the room. I am not sure how this is even possible if the room was cleaned. They apologized and gave us another room. Second room was ok, but bed was extremely uncomfortable(hard and noisy). Room was extremely dated and all the furniture was uncomfortable.

Staff was very pleasant. Restaurant food was pretty good. Booked a 2 queen room through expedia but when i got there all they had was a single king. Supposedly expedia overbooks their rooms.
