Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess garbage removal $50 per contractor bag of trash beyond the what fills the garbage cans provided Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess cleaning at a rate of $50 per hour for cleaning services. Excess cleaning may be required for large messes, stains to carpet, excess trash removal, or any cleaning required beyond what is normal and customary for the cleaning of the house.
