"The staff at the resort were very nice and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short in several areas. Our room was not as clean as expected, specifically, the shower was still dirty upon arrival. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, which can be inconvenient for travelers. The pools were just okay, and the water park had very limited hours. It didn’t open until 10 AM one day and 11 AM on another, and it closes at 5 PM. This left many kids waiting around with little to do, which was frustrating. Overall, while the staff was pleasant, the cleanliness and limited amenities made the stay disappointing. "

"Check-in took a bit longer than expected, small little mishap with my room but it was resolve immediately. I must say eveything else was PERFECT! The property was clean, my room was beautiful and clean, the staff were amazing everyone was so friendly. The daily food of choice was always on point. The drinks could be a little stronger but overall I had an amazing time at the S hotel and would go back there every single time and would definitely recommend it to others. Big thanks to the entire staff u guys rock!! "

"The property is not fully open post hurricane. Many of the amenities are not available, which was not disclosed. For example, the family side is not available which means certain amenities which are located on the family side is also not available. They are still recovering. However, the staff, the food and the entertainment was unmatched. They did their best they could to accommodate for the circumstances."

"The food was delicious and the drinks were full of alcohol and very good. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not do any kind of sales promotions like many resorts do. The resort is small and the rooms are just average, but perfect for us because we just sleep in them. Four of us shared the room and we were comfortable. The pool was small but never real busy. Most people spend their time at the ocean which is gorgeous. We snorkled right there and learned that it is one of the two best places to snorkel in Jamaica. They did have a band in the bar one night, bingo another night, and board games out on the tables. My daughter and granddaughter went out to a club near the resort and had a great time. We felt very safe. We would stay there again for sure. Price was very reasonable. "
