• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking

• How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products

• Safety devices on site?
There are 4 security devices

Two security cameras: Gate driveway and front door. Each security camera records the driveway activities 24/7 to protect guests and hosts

Two noise decibel monitors: Balcony area and near the outside of the garage to prevent prolonged loud-noise. The Minut noise level monitoring devices do not record any audio. They only monitor the noise level all the time and will let you know if you are potentially too noisy for the neighborhood

Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events.
Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests.
