"Few problems but staff sorted with ease"
The first room I was given, I did not feel safe, as it was not part of the main hotel. Had to go outside, the room had 2 massive patio doors, nice but not for me as by myself. I was then given another room in the hotel. The tv packed up, so the manager came and gave me another tv, no problem. The rooms could be given abit of a facelift. They are ok, just need abit of a freshen up.

"First BW Falkirk stay. "
The stay was warm and welcoming. Good access and car parking. The hotel had the usual warm welcome and was clean and tidy. Free Wifi was available, as is now standard in most BW hotels. Great choice of food and good service to complement. Easy check in / check out and good friendly staff.

"Nice hotel with good views."
Earlier check in would be preferable as 3pm is quite late, especially when attending a wedding and the ceremony starts at 2pm. Despite phoning in the morning to enquirer about earlier check in our room was not available until 3pm. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

    Pocket Guide: Falkirk Falkirk Hotels

Located in Scotland’s Central Belt, and just a short trip from the major southern cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh, visitors will discover the city of Stirling and the town of Falkirk. The destination is well worth booking a hotel in as it boasts some of the country’s most important historical ruins and cultural monuments. Stirling once sheltered the Scottish monarchs and as such boasts the highest concentration of historical buildings in the country. Here, you can visit the likes of Stirling Castle and the Church of the Holy Rude, both of which date back to the Medieval period.

Visit the Town of Falkirk and its Roman Ruins

Just a few minutes south from Stirling visitors will discover the town of Falkirk, known best for the Battle of Falkirk where the English troops defeated the iconic William Wallace. Falkirk, however, was also home to the far reaching Roman Empire, and their presence is marked by the Antonine Walls, which delineated the northern border of the Empire. The town is also home to a number of great contemporary sites, including the beautiful Helix Park with its Kelpies statue and the Falkirk Wheel, a genius feat of engineering.
