"I rate the Ibis London Excel hotel stay 5 Stars. The staff is professional and competent which is refreshing. I would like to recognize Stan for coming to our rescue. The hotel is equipped with a bar and restaurant that I found relaxing. The atmosphere is pleasant. No pressures. My room overlooked the Thames River. The views of the sunset and sunrise helped me to recharge in the midst of my long busy vacation. I enjoyed the room amenities such as Espresso, Rainforest shower and immaculate bedsheets on a heavenly bed.I am highly recommending this hotel."
"Centrally-located at the Stratford City Shopping complex, this hotel provides easy access to shopping, food, as transportation to the rest of London via the Tube station that serves multiple lines. Don't overlook the nearby Stratford Center for more affordable everyday items. Single line access to Heathrow Airport with a 50-minute trip that is accessible by elevator for those suitcases."
"Although next to the airport the rooms are super quiet. Not a lot of eating options around the hotel but Docklands railway about 5 minutes walk away takes you towards London. Breakfast starts at 6 and good selection of hot and cold food. No parking at hotel but Travelodge car park a short walk away at £20 per night."
"After reading reviews, we decided to book this hotel as we were going to the Abba Voyage and it was ideal location. We were also impressed with Stratford. Good shopping centre and transport links to London.
Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable Staff were friendly too."
