Nice hotel. Had too many issues with my card keys, the elevators were out of order and it stank really bad in the evening. No ide what that was about. Once inside the room, it got much better.

Room clean and quiet. Elevator not working and I did see any effort to repair it.

Don't stay here

Elevator was not working and they put us on the 3rd floor. My husband has bad knees. We had to drag our luggage up 3 floors of stairs. There were wasps in our room. And the stench from marijuana was throughout the entire stair well. It was nauseating. Staff didn't care. Never again!!!

I sincerely apologize we did not have a first floor room during your check in. Our elevator situation is not an easy fix and our vendors are eagerly trying to fix it. Everything was ok, even tough the restaurant was closed, there are many places within walking distance.

Checking into my room took a little long because the keys weren't working. But overall great staff and excellent stay.
