It was easy to check in. The room was fine for the price. Bathroom had only one hand towel, but other towels were available. It's an older property, but I'd stay there again.

Staff are great, overall room and property are in okay condition. Clean bed and room, no weird smells. Surprisingly met everything we needed for an overnight stay, fridge, microwave, tv, good heater and best of all, the water pressure was very good. Area is industrial so not much around but lots of food/shopping within a few mins in surrounding area.There are a lot of unhomed in the vicinity, but we didnt have to deal with any of that during our stay (stuck to the American Canyon side of the road when running around for food and stuff). For the price, it surpassed expectations and this is a good pit stop if passing through.

I had a great, restful stay. The staff were nice and responsive. Basic essential amenities. Good pillows and decent beds. Very clean. I would stay again.

Good stay at the Regency
While it's a little old place, it suited our needs perfectly. It is clean, was warm, bed was good, price was good. No bugs, no bad smells, no dirt, it was very good.

It's a lovely little property. The surrounding area is less than posh, but don't let that scare you. It's really convenient to the highway. The owners are very nice people, and made me feel special. They were so polite. The only drawback was a lack of coffee pot, cups, and utensils in the room.

The bathroom has mold all over the walls. The stay was adequate for one night, wasn’t very clean.

we always stay here if we are visiting vallejo or Napa, easy check-in, parking, well maintained property, the latte machine in the lobby especially now that they updated it, charging, will stay here again.

We were only there for one night but enjoyed our stay. Room was very spacious and clean, everything was updated, the bed was very comfy! The breakfast is limited but they have a great coffee machine, staff was very nice!

Overpriced but clean
Seemed a little sketchy at first but definitely very clean! There was a fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Once we entered the room I was happy to see mattress covers on the mattress. For $200 a night in that area was overpriced but I can understand.

Great value motel close to Napa. Room and property were clean and bed was nice and firm. Only noise came from the highway. Wish they would have coffee in the room. But fancy coffee machine in lobby was cool.

This motel was a great little place! Very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff member was super friendly and helpful. Hot tub was nice & hot. Our only issue was that the beds were tiny and there was a power outage for a few hours but that was not in the control of the property. We just decided to go to bed early and open a window since the AC was not running.

The lady at the front wouldn’t let me check in because i wasnt 21, and I asked why that wasn’t posted on the website and she said it’s because i booked through expedia and that it wasn’t her problem I had no where to stay I and that i should’ve booked through them instead, and when i asked to call a manager to try and work things out she said no and left. So i got stranded in vallejo on my motorcycle so i didn’t even have a car to sleep in all because of this hotel, thanks for ruining my entire trip.

I've rarely found the service at a hotel to be worth mentioning, but the service her was truly excellent. The woman at the front desk was both friendly and helpful by phone and so welcoming when we arrived. The selection of fruits, snacks, water, and good coffee was also a welcome surprise. We've already booked a room for next year.

Our stay was fine, the area surrounding the inn was very questionable. There was a large questionable clump on top of the closet, we don’t know what it was but it looked like something rotting. Super gross
