Studio Apartment located in a private home in the Lakloey Hill area. This is brand new construction. There is a Private Entrance on the side and the apartment is soundproofed from the rest of the house with in-floor heat. The apartment opens on a private courtyard filled with flowers during the summer. There are two queen size beds and a private bathroom. Amenities include a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, television with ROKU, and a table that seats 4. Located in a quiet county neighborhood with plenty of privacy. It was well-suited for my friend. Upon arrival, the path wasn't shoveled well enough for him to get to the door easily, but the owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. We could hear the tenants upstairs at night, but they weren't rowdy :-) Everything was clean. I was under the impression that there was a dining area - there was a table in the room where we slept. The fridge was a mini-fridge. It worked for us. The location was great - it was out of town, but easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to see the Northern Lights from outside our door! We drove up with two young kids and three dogs with all the plans of seeing Santa and Ice sculptures etc. But honestly it was a struggle to not just hang around the rental and play in the deep deep snow and snuggle in when we weren’t at our wrestling tournament. The location was easy to let out dogs play and go for walks without worrying about cars and other people. Fantastic rental!!!! ##### Mandy B.
