The valet parking was a fantastic plus with someone with mobility problems with the concierge going down to my car on two occasions for things I had forgotten. The food was delicious in all the venues we used especially The Grill. The shuttle bus is a great asset."

"It's A motorway services area so not the most attractive place to stay but it is convenient for the transport links, and Cribbs causeway. Certainly nothing to complain about."

"Overall is a very best hotel but the receptionists might need to work more professional and faster. Spent more than 40 mins in the queue to check out. Yet, the rest of stay were very good with polite staffs from restaurant and good cleaner with well manner. Despite the reception, this hotel is still highly recommended. "
