Great location and the welcome I received on arrival was lovely. I had the single room downstairs which was perfect. The room was warm and the bed very comfy. The shampoo and shower gel were good quality and breakfast wonderful. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Exeter.

Room was very nice. Washroom was a bit tight but neat and clean. Bed was good and breakfast was very good. Good dining options were nearby.

My wife and I decided to spend 2 days in Exeter on our way to Cornwall to stay with friends and the Townhouse seemed to fit the bill after reading the reviews. A nice welcome from Ken upon arrival who gave us all the info' about the house and the area and guided us to our off street parking space which was well worth the little extra on the bill. The property is in a very handy location for the city attractions and restaurants with the Cathedral area being about a 10 min' walk away. Our room was a good size and nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The ensuite is very small but functional and there are lots of small touches that show that the guys have put plenty of thought into it. Breakfast was good quality and cooked to order and is biased towards a British taste rather than Continental. Veggies and Vegans are well catered for and Ken and Tim put you at ease with their easy manner. Whilst there we walked the 12 mile Green Circle trail and the City Wall trail, both great and leaflets available from the Tourist Info' in the City. If we returned to Exeter we would probably stay with Tim and Ken again as we were very happy with our choice.
