Number 18 Apartments is located in Exeter. St Nicholas Priory and 21 The Mint are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Dartmoor and Exeter's Underground Passages. Crealy Great Adventure Park and Devon Railway Centre are also worth visiting.

Excellent location, facility and privacy. Communication fantastic with very clear self-check in instructions and quick response to queries. Free parking in a private courtyard. There is some noise from seagulls, which could add to the "holiday" experience for some, but might require earplugs for others! Also the blinds were broken in both lounge and bedroom so hard to achieve a dark room for sleeping. However, would recommend this as a great base for an exeter trip.
Excellent apartment with good contract with owners. Clean and excellent position to the town. More than happy to come back again and again as our daughter works down this way and have been looking for a regular place to stay when we come down.
Great nights stay. Free parking on site and an incredibly spacious and well kept apartment in a brilliant central location. It was actually a lot better than I was expecting and the pictures don't really do it justice.
