    Good weekend venue

Good, but rooms not quite as good as others in the chain, we had a Superior room which was quite small for the premium... Great breakfast (service a little slow as was a busy Sunday morning); overall not bad... just a little underwhelmed

Room 6 was so loud due road noise, it was impossible to sleep. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, moving me to a alternative room. I wish id asked earlier, instead of trying to sleep for 2 1/2 hour. Aside from the noise problem, the hotel is great good foor and drink, with plenty of places to relax.

The thing we did not like was the room it was freezing, they could of turn heating on this cold weather it took a while to warm, and breakfast wasn't good no beans, 1 sausage 1 tomatoe, 1 small mushroom and 1 slice of black pudding, the room was nice and modern but we had a disabled bathroom with had a wet room which i would of preferred an ordinary room, just felt it was the last room they had available and we paid £136 for 1 night and an extra £26 for breakfast, we dont mind paying money but felt it wasnt worth the money we paid, seeing it was out of season to.

Lovely place to stay very clean and staff are very friendly. We have been here often but it is starting to look tired. The shower was disappointing as the soap dish was hanging off and the lower shower head was stuck fixed - not great when you do not want to wash your hair before the big night out

Didn’t actually have breakfast but went into the room to see someone and almost every table was uncleared. Went into the bar at 11.05pm after being out for a meal, the bar man reluctantly served us a drink and then closed it and locked up the bar area.... bit early for a hotel bar.
