Accessible rooms a joke
When booking we requested a accessible room. The room we got was accessible. Unfortunately it was on first floor at the very end of the corridor. The heating air conditioning wasnt working. Their was no tv remote. Their was no extraction working in the accessible shower toilet room. The tiles on the were not anti slip on the shower floor. After the member of staff had delivered a portable heater and tried a few spare remotes for tv ,none of which worked . She said she would try to find us an alternative room. After searching the room i finally found the remote for the tv under the bed. Under the bed had not been vacuumed with litter under it. The water in the bathroom was a brown colour which cleared after running it for a long time. After finding the remote and using the portable heater we decided we didnt want the hassle of moving rooms. I would of thought an accessible room would be on ground floor . I cant think how we would of evacuated my partner in an emergency from the first floor room.
