This hotel was top notch. All the staff were professional, courteous, friendly and caring. The service was excellent. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. We ate at the restaurant on our last night and found the food and service outstanding. There was parking on site and found the hotel well situated to visit the historic old town. We would strongly recommend the Evora Olive Hotel to anyone ataying in Evora.

The Hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. You are 5 mins to everything in Evora. Rent a car and the city really opens up!

Check in was a breeze, staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very big! A little dated, but overall comfortabe. Please bring Kleenex, Conditioner and adapters to charge your devices. The hotel does not provide these things. Key card is needed to be insert into wall outlet to get power to the room. Parking was great. Perfect walking distance to all the touristy things to see. Overall great experinece. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is in an unusual very modern building that reminded us of the Guggenheim. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very large and comfortable. The location is quiet, but only a short walk to the main square.

Loved the amazing bathroom..fantastic open shower and bath...big rooms...big bed...clean...nice amenities...no tea facilities, but these can be requested. Lovely helpful staff...nice breakfast, private parking and 5 min walk to every cultural spot. Great value for money

The property is modern, clean, and close to the Chapel of Bones and walking distance to all tourist attractions of Evora. They offer parking which to us, was a plus. Breakfast was also good and the staff was courteous.

The hotel is very close the the old city and is very walkable to all the sites. The rooftop bar and pool were both closed for maintenance during the visit, and there wasn't even any signage for the rooftop.

Hotel was walkable into the city. Staff was knowledgable about restaurants. We had the best meal of out trip in Evora at O Gandim. Bartenders were great!

This place was perfect for us. We pulled into town, checked in early, explored the town, then decided we wouldn’t leave the hotel again because the bar and restaurant were so inviting. We had a fabulous meal, best tomato soup I’ve ever had. We drank some white wine from Ervideira, a local winery that was so good we went to the winery on our way to Algarve for a tour and tasting (at the recommendation of the bartender). Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great recommendations. A hot tip from one of the check-in staff was to have the black pork dish at Praça do São Luis restaurant: Secretos do puerco preto. To die for!

We were greeted by Nelson who was welcoming and allowed us to park our car in the underground garage before checking in, so we could explore the city. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main city square and the Chapel of Bones. Our room had a city view balcony and we enjoyed a bottle of wine with a beautiful sunset. The room was clean and the bathroom towels were the biggest we had in our time in Portugal. Hotel has a modern design and the courtyard had a museum space vibe. We didn’t use the pool but it was a nice space. Breakfast buffet was great with a big variety of pastries, meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, fruit, etc. Hugo was speedy checking us out. Based on a few lukewarm reviews, I hesitated choosing the Olive Hotel, but would stay there again in a heartbeat. We loved the charm of Evora, too.

Room is minimalist, almost austere. Breakfast is on the minimal side but fine. The circular stairs is dramatic and beautiful architecturally, but the steps are extra wide and not the same size, so walking the stairs requires careful concentration. We used the elevator after trying the stairs once.

Great quiet hotel
Stayed in Evora for a couple of days. This is a lovely hotel. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the bus station through the old town. Quick & polite check-in. Good swimming pool. Room fine though pain closing the curtains! Shower perfect. Best part friendly staff particularly in bar & restaurant. I ate here two nights running and the food was excellent.
