The service upon check in was good, although we ended up having to get a double queen room instead of the king I reserved. The beds were uncomfortable, very hard and the maid missed cleaning the coffee pot as their was a used pod in it. My only other complaint was the fact that it was 80° in our room and we had no idea how to cut the heater off. Breakfast was great, excellent variety. The hotel was clean and quiet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Simple check in and the room was cozy and clean. I can tell that it may have been recently renovated. I really loved the shower and the beds were very comfortable.

Hampton Inn Atmore
Super clean property but still under construction. The last couple times we've come they were remodeling and still under construction. Gym was closed. Breakfast was fresh and great with several options.

Seems like the beds were small for Queen size. Don't like the HARD mattresses that almost all hotels have gone to. Didn't have any biscuits and gravy at breakfast.

Thought this was a newer property but a little outdated. Could be cleaner in the bathroom area. But for the price and proximity to the casino we would stay here again. Check in staffvwas very friendly

We had ramen noodles on the carpet in our room, and styrophome, and the seal on the door was falling off. The WONDERFUL desk representative moved us into another room. The door seal on the new room was falling off as well. The breakfast was DISGUSTING. If it weren't for the staff, you would be OUT OF BUSINESS.

The property itself was nice and clean. Honestly the only issue I had was during check in process. Upon checking in the front desk attendant ( middle aged African American woman) informed me that payment had to be made with card after looking up my reservation. My husband asked to use restroom 3 times and the attendant acted as if she didn't hear him. She was not very welcoming at all. Front desk attendant should be more welcoming to guest

They was in the process of remodeling the floors.But when you come off the road from traveling the first thing you have to do is use the restroom.The staff lady stated I don’t know what you going to do but you can’t use the restrooms But the man that was doing the floors was willing to let me go in the bathroom but she said I saidNo which was rude and unconsidered I will never stay at the Hamilton again

They did not service our room for 2 days, they would come and ask for our dirty towels and tell us housekeeping would bring some back but they never did, each time we had to go get them from the front desk. The pool was wonderful except it would be nice to have extra towels for the pool. Breakfast is supposed to be from 6am until 10am but we would get there at 9 and they would be closing it up and taking stuff away it would be nice to be able to eat up until the time it closes. The hotel was clean, staff were nice and helpful.
