Comforter had stains on it. No transportation to the casino. Room was pleasant. Bathroom had stuff all over it and was smeared up. Around the toliet had hair and the pool was shut down. It was one of the reasons besides the transportation we booked here.. The staff was real great.

The property was great - but the room Was totally unprepared Ohone and TV had cables unattached. Refrigerator was iced and not cooling. Only one employee in attendance to check folks in and handle complaints.

We have stayed here in the past but this may have been the worst experience we have had, we checked in and everything went smooth but after we unloaded everything got the kids settled in, we went to make the pull out couch and we didn't have any extra sheets or pillows, so I went down to the front desk and got some. After making that bed up, I went to put the kids in the shower and there wasn't a shower curtain, I called down to the front desk and she said she would see what she could do, after about 30 minutes I just bathed the kids with out the shower curtain and took a shower myself and just cleaned up the water on the floor that got out of the shower. The next morning I asked again and a house keeper came and put a shower curtain up for us.

Reported to the front desk about our room being dirty, she didn’t seem to care about that. Reported our bathroom sink did not drain but it indeed did leak with water on the floor from sink to bathtub. This property is not old but needs new lamps without nasty “stuff” stuck on them, no USB ports for cell phones, needs a cleaning and a remodel. We’ve stayed here several times, we won’t be going back until they clean it up.

The microwave in my room had rust and grime at the top so I would suggest that management remove damaged microwaves from rooms. Also I was unable to access my room because the battery for the key access died. Although the front desk staff was able to get me in my room by what she stated was recharging the battery the next morning I still could. It access my room with my key. I was advised at check out that maintenance had to replace the battery. My recommend to management is to monitor the life of batteries for door access and to replace the battery immediately when a customer alerts you of their inability to freely access their room.

Stayed at this hotel randomly because of the weather when we were traveling through. The night front desk worker was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great in the morning, lots of options that were fresh. Room was great, and cleaned. One of the bigger king/sofa bed rooms that I have stayed in.

Our stay at this property was not the best. The staff was great, breakfast was okay. We tryed to use the heated pool the first night of our stay and it was not working. A work order was suppose to be put in to fix it the next day. Not sure if that was done or not. The beds was the worst, very uncomfortable. Upgrades need to be done to the rooms starting with the mattresses and safes should be in rooms for valuables.

HUSBAND STOPPED HE IS A TRUCK DRIVER AND WANTED TO REST IN BED. THE WALLS ARE A BIT THIN SO IT WAS A LITTLE NOISY -PARKING LOT WAS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE TO PARK THE TRUCK AS WELL BUT OVERALL IT WAS OKAY A BIT MORE PRICEY THEN EXPECTED BUT IT MAY BE DUE TO THE MONTH IN THE YEAR
