Disgustingly dirty, pee around the toilet, who knows what spilled on the counter, hair, like someone had cut their hair, dog food on the floor. It was the worse place we've ever been. The lady that checked us in was great

Called cops on my boyfriend for playing games on his phone amd accused him of being a drug addict. Then proceeded to cuss at him while he tried to get his things out of the room. Paying is incredibly inconvenient we both commute to work and we were unavle to pay over the phone unable to use certain cards as forms of payment. Other then that the stay was ok no one ever came and retrieved the towels from our rooms or cleabed the room the 4 days we stayed there.

Our company policy doesn't allow us to accept prepaid cards as a form of payment for incidentals. We apologize for any inconveniences during your stay on our part and thank you for staying with us.

Got holes in the wall, discolored towels, dirty carpet, unstable table, old furnitures, discolored wallpaper, and etc. The property needs a lot of work to clean it up. Imwould not recommended to anyone to stay there,

I have stayed at Three Rivers Inn several times over the past couple of years and have always enjoyed a pleasant stay. The room is nicely furnished and the bed is very comfortable. A dedicated freezer on the mini fridge has plenty of room for my cooler ice. Staff is always friendly and the price is affordable.

This motel is older and fairly modest. The heater in our unit struggled to keep it warm (it was cool outside but not terribly cold during our stay on Jan. 1st, yet we had to keep the heater on full and set to 80 degrees). Also, the bath mat (a typical white towel-like linen) was horrible: stained, worn, threadbare in spots, and just a mess. The shower worked though, and the bed was fine. There was also a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker in the room -- so mostly it was OK.

Staff was rude. Room had hole in the wall, stained/dirty 1990s phone, grass not mowed, pool empty and gross, you can see outside when the doors are shut, doors dented and old, etc. They charged us $150 for Halloween body paint that allegedly did not come out of the linens, but they wouldn't let us have or see the "damaged linens." Gave a ridiculous price list for linens, including $125 for each comforter which I do not believe. Just all around terrible, which is sad because the property has a cool setup and could be really cool with some renovations!

When we check in the girl was no help as to where to eat or really anything. When we checked out the help this time was great and could answer all our questions.

Stayed for one night for a trip to the North Cascades the next day. There isn't a lot going on, but it's very close to Burlington and relatively close to Bellingham. We weren't looking for anything luxurious, mostly an inexpensive accommodation that is clean and not too far from I-5. A few towels in the bathroom were dirty, one looks like it had a shoe print on it, duvet cover has stains and the room smells like cigarettes. Not the best experience, I know it's a 2 stars hotel but was at least hoping for a cleaner experience.

Very quick and efficient check in. Nice to have many dining options within walking distance. The towels were worn and stained. The room is tired. We didn't trust the door locks. The swimming pool looks like it has been closed for months. The office was supposed to open at 7 am but wasn't so we could not get a receipt when we left to catch a ferry.

Pleasant and clean
The room was as described when booked. Very pleasant room. Although the furnishings are well worn, the bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well and the room was very clean.

The room was comfortable as was the bedding. It was very tidy and quiet, even with facing the highway, nary a rumble did we hear. It's convenient to stores, downtown and the highway. We would definitely stay again

The carpets were terribly stained! Looked like someone was murdered. The bedding and the towels were also stained. When asked for more pillows, we were told “no.” We found a noodle on one of the beds. All around disappointing.

The woman I spoke with about what she thought was a noodle, was actually a rubber band which I showed her when she spoke with me about extra towels. We don't go through Sedro Woolley from Canada very often and it had been five years since the last time but the rooms are great and the Mexican restaurant attached is wonerfrul. Unfortunately I think the air conditioner was broken because it woukdnt shut off even thought the room wasn't hot.

Surprised at the grossness
This property was the worst! The toilet seat was broken off, shower rod coming out of the wall on one side, the toilet leaked on the floor all night, the furniture was ancient and disgusting, towel was brown with dirt, nothing looked clean and everything was falling apart. I’m shocked hotels promotes this place.
