Nice room. Lacking a coffee maker though, so we had to go to the lobby before they stopped serving breakfast to get a cup of coffee.

While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items, including coffee pots, are available at the front desk. Ok, if you need a place until an apt. opens.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant.
Cons: The beds could be upgraded. They could put a coffee pot in each room. They could upgrade the quality of the blankets.
The first night the fire alarm went off at 12:30. After sitting outside for 30-45 minutes, the fire department finally cleared it for us to return to our room. We never found out what caused the problem, however, Karri G., the interim manager, did give us a refund for that night. The bed was extremely hard. I ended up sleeping in the recliner the second night. The blanket barely covered the king size bed. (I think it was a queen size blanket.) We paid extra for breakfast each morning, which turned out to be nothing more than overly ripe fruit, packets of oatmeal with no bowls and muffins which shouldn't be eaten. The coffee was terrible! It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room. Both my husband and I agree, we will never stay at this hotel again.

Mukilteo Motel Stay

spoiled fruit in the grab and go breakfast, not many choices. Lobby needed vacuuming, no ice machine, no coffee in room. Room was clean with a kitchenette that I was unaware of when I booked so was unprepared. Staff was polite, professional and helpful. Would have to rethink it before I stayed there again

Good Economy, but falls a little short

Pros: Staff!! Little continental thing in the lobby. Price! Good location.
Cons: Not sure...it was just a bunch of little things that added up
Location: Walking distance to QFC if you like to use the kitchenette. Boeing/Paine field and its numerous attractions, just off the Mukilteo Speedway (good)
Convenient location, good parking, friendly and helpful staff. Coffee and oatmeal in the lobby. Small Kitchenette which is nice. However...the power went out in my room the first day because I plugged in my Macbook. I was advised to stay away from that plug. Tepid/cold showers every morning between 7 and 8. Ziploc bag and sunflower seeds all over the top of my fridge upon entry. Got locked out of my room due to a payment mix up. Quickly resolved by a super helpful person though. Several channels scrambled and unwatchable. Overall, I think the staff was great. The hotel itself had just enough things wrong with it, that would keep me away from staying again.

Saved a Drive

It was for one night so I could attend an early morning meeting not too far away from the hotel instead of the long drive from my home in the early hours of the morning.

Quietsstay and friendly staff

My partner and I were visiting the area looking for housing. While we were unable to secure housing thus experiencing much disappointment and sadness--we drove through several states to arrive in Mukilteo, WA, but the staff more than made-up for that by encouraging us not to give-up. The following are not limitations, merely suggestions: 1) Please let your guests know about services and amenities as we had no idea what to do with trash, if we had cleaning service etc. 2) The refrigerator kept leaking. 3) Yellow pages was dated i.e., 2013 Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend!

After reading previous reviews on here about the hotel I was a little put off staying here. However due to location decided to see for myself. Comfy room. Nice welcome. Good location. Breakfast was sparse. But the reason for staying here was to self cater. there wasn't that much choice of restaurants in the area but that's nothing to do with the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again
