Have stayed here twice in the last month

Posted 16-Apr-2017
Pros: reasonable price and good location to Paine Field.
Cons: More front desk help. The lone front desk staff was overwhelmed in a rush
Its a nice hotel, basic and clean. Lots of long term guests. Convenient for Paine Field activities. Breakfast is not much to shout about, but there is a McDonald's just up the street.

Good location and decent room but beware of staff

Posted 19-Feb-2017
The breakfast includes a granola bar and a muffin… When we arrived the Wi-Fi wasn't working, the elevator was down, the hot water in our room was warm putting a generously , in the toilet stopped working. I also was completely shocked by how I was treated on behalf of the "manager" but the other stuff was warm and friendly. I feel a little bit like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there versus most places appreciating your business. All in all for the price I was satisfied. Make sure you book with Expedia as it's much cheaper than booking through the hotel itself.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. Your comments in regards to the staff are much appreciated; yet, we were disheartened to read that you had issues with our internet and hot water. We can assure you that both of these things have been addressed accordingly. The staff and I appreciate your comments, as it will only help us to improve. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.

We arrived late at night otherwise we would have changed hotels upon getting to our room. The check in was quick and easy with friendly service. We were told the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. There was no offer or compensation for the inconvenience. She did mention that it should be fixed by Tuesday, however we were only staying one night so that did not matter. We walked up the stairs to our non smoking room thru stairwells and hallways that reeked of cigarette smoke. We were placed right next to the stairs which have a door that slams shut every time someone uses it. We get into our room which has a kitchen (that we were unaware of), but no dishes. I walk into the bathroom and see urine spots all over the seat ... bright yellow urine spots!! If the room was CLEANED it would've been impossible to miss. I slept in my cloths for fear of what else was not cleaned. I say "slept" loosely due to the continuous slamming of the stair door. My two children cried when I told them we were staying and it was too late to change hotels. The beds were small, hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. I am not a person who typically complains. I am a "look for the bright side" kinda person, but this was a horrible experience.

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. We were disappointed to hear your stay was not a positive one due to our elevator being temporarily out of service and the cleanliness issues you’ve described. To prevent this from happening again, our team is double checking all of our rooms to ensure every room is held to our cleanliness standard. Thanks to your feedback, we can continue to work on providing an exceptional stay for all of our guests. We hope that despite the experience you had, you will consider us again in the future.

One of my favorite hotels

Posted 24-Dec-2016
Location: Paine Field, Boeing Everett factory tour/Future of Flight which is in the same parking lot.
This place is great, by far the best hotel in the Everett/Mukilteo area in my opinion. Excellent breakfast, right next to Paine Field so you can watch planes take off including the massive dream lifter that transports 787 fuselage pieces from around the world to Everett. Very clean, smells good, great linens. One of my favorite hotels anywhere.

Requested a Smoking Room and upon arrival elevator wasn't working. So settled for bottom floor because of all our luggage's. Enjoyed the convenience of Fresh coffee 24 hour's. But service was a bit terrible, they don't clean your room if you need towels you have to get them yourself. Also, availability of utensils and cooking ware but you have to go them yourself.
