Great staff for most part we’re awesome! Breakfast on point free laundry was nice touch and decent rooms !!! No complaints on 5-7 key reprints or even shrugged shoulders !

This is a drug/crack/meth haven. I DID NOT CHECK IN. Drug dealers, prostitutes, filth. I felt UNSAFE. Expedia should delete this property from its listings. I waited in the parking lot for 15 min before going into the lobby. Illicit drug dealers, prostitutes checking in, street people surrounding the property. I tried without success to contact Expedia. I left the property and drove 6 hrs after driving for 8 hrs. I was repulsed by this hotel. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. I will be contacting Expedia regarding this matter.

The location is sort of hidden off a major location near a mall which was fine but homeless are terrible. Interrupted breakfast and ate up everything

Kids loved the airplane theme. Room was immaculate (clean and new). Only thing that we wish would have been better was warmer water in the swimming pool, as it was quite cold, and hot tub not foaming from too much chlorine in it, but that seem to have been resolved by the following morning. Would absolutely come back! And very friendly receptionist.

The hotel itself and the staff was great, but the area was not. A lot of vagrants wandering around the parking lot.

The hotel was just okay but not quite worth the price. The bed was super squeaky and loud, also everything outside could be heard as well. The air conditioning was also really old and loud and would start randomly through the night. The biggest disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was closed on both days we were there and there wasn’t much to make up for that. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and pool so if we had known it would be closed we would have booked a different hotel instead. Probably wouldn’t choose to come back again, but the staff were very nice and friendly.

Very close to busy road. Kids playing and talking in business room at midnight. Dog crying and howling for 2 hours above us. Woman outside our window sobbing and muttering for hours in her car with the door open till we/Security found the source of sobbing. No sleep till 3am

Hwy 99 isn't my idea of a nice place to stay but the area around the Inn felt safe. There are lots of businesses if that's what you're looking for. I picked the Navigator Inn for the good price per night and it was close to the mall where I was planning to see a movie. The staff was really nice and I had a nice, spacious room with a kitchenette! That was an nice bonus. Clean linens and nice furniture. Very comfy. Plus, I lucked out and found a parking space that was covered.. it was raining pretty hard when I arrived, and off'n'on through the night.

The place is very clean, staff are very nice and attentive. Its a really good value. My oniy concern which is no ones fault here but, the area is sketch. They do have security in the parking lot to look after your vehicles after 8pm however. Otherwise, I think its really good value hotel.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Their hot breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but it is enough to get your day starts. Room is clean and everything is working as expected.

Horrible parking. Homeless and crackheads roaming about the premises all hours. Room was decent, beds were rock hard. There was blood on the headboard and walls. The parking and homeless coupled with a less than par room for younger kids will prevent me from ever staying here again.

Convenient to area's that is of interest to me. Good breakfast buffet, coffee and hot tea always available. Good internet service, mini kitchen with full size refrigerator with freezer. Didn't care for the homeless people around the street adjacent to the motel and the noisy people on the top floor above our room.

This was a nice place to stay. The staff, the pet friendly room, the bed, the pillows, the coffee, the breakfast were all outstanding. Additionally, we were close to several dining options that the front desk attendant helped us out with.
