We weren’t able to have our room serviced for two days. The Front Desk stated that they were understaffed. I thought this was odd as the housekeeper serviced the room across the hall one day and the room right next to us on the other.

Room was large and nicely furnished with a beautiful high ceiling. The union station location is great with lots of restaurants and bars. And so convenient for catching the train to the airport!

"The hotel has seen better days. The cover on the bed was torn. They put something on the laminate floor that made it slippery. Very unsafe. They had a couple of Matt’s on the floor that were damp. The place is a dump. No coffee maker in room, but a shoddy “breakfast room” with cereal or waffles. ..."
