"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my stay at Omni Nashville Hotel from May 8-May 10th. What stood out most was not only the outstanding service itself but the genuine kindness, care, and compassion shown by every employee I encountered.I want to give accolades to Maryam, the amazing housekeeper, who went truly above and beyond in ways that were both thoughtful and memorable. I was incredibly impressed to find that clothes left on the bed had been neatly folded, toiletries in the bathroom were carefully lined up in an organized manner, and a warm handwritten note had been left in the room. These meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.I received a very welcoming email from Samantha Dundee asking about any special needs I may have had, including requests such as extra towels, early check-in accommodations, and information regarding hotel services and local activities. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for what became an outstanding stay. What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel. Whether in the lobby, coffee shop, bar area, or at the front desk, every interaction was met with smiles, warmth, and a sincere willingness to help. "Our room was on the very backside behind a Waffle House. Our parking spot was right up against the metal stairway which made it very difficult to get in and out that side of the car. Staff was friendly. Only hot item for breakfast were sausages. No eggs. Did have a waffle maker. Noise from nearby trains was annoying. "

"The room was great! It had everything we needed to cook simple meals and do laundry! The only downfall was all the loud city noises, once 11 hit it did quiet down. They made it easy to just Text if we needed anything."

"The rooms are nice with full kitchen taking up a huge amount of the space of the room. A full OVEN and Dishwasher!! I wonder who is going to do a full turkey dinner while at the hotel. The hallways were quite filthy. The room was clean but there is NO housekeeping so expect to clean your own room! The most ridiculous thing is you can't get a cup of coffee or a drink. There are no drink machines either. The staff was nice. Which hotel doesn't even have a small shop where you can buy drinks or even water? The room locked are coded so you havr to read a list of numbers and punch them into a small key paf outside your door. Highly inconvenient and downright stupid. I won't be staying at this hotel nor its other properties becuase its very obvious the idiots they hired know NOTHING about what guests need to be comfortable."

"I had the best time staying at The Virgin Nashville! My room was clean and comfortable, valet took care of me, even early morning hours! The front desk was super nice and amiable, I felt right at home!"

"I would give this holiday inn high marks for their excellence staff. It was a bonus having a shuttle to and from downtown Nashville Broadway Street. The drivers were a delight!"
