Summary: Bella Paradiso Condo #11, in downtown Eureka Springs, is a King studio that includes a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, & sink. This condo is on the second floor. There is one parking space per condo, unfortunately we can not provide trailer parking. The Space: Please read this entire listing before booking. It's essential that you read the details to ensure that your stay at this property will meet your expectations. Every property in the area is different. Regardless of which property you pick online, please check to make sure it has the amenities that you expect. Maximum of 2 guests. 100% payment due at time of booking. Pets Not Accepted. Please note cable is not provided Studio - King Bed Bath - Tub/Shower Combination Kitchenette - Coffee Maker, Microwave, Fridge, Bar Sink Relax and enjoy this newly remodeled and well-appointed condo. Bella Paradiso condo #11 is only a few feet to downtown, via a very safe paved walkway with ornate iron railing. This walkway has a beautiful mountain on one side, with lots of nature to see, such as deer, squirrel, and other wildlife. There are tables and chairs on both front and back balconies. Common areas include a large deck with plenty of umbrella covered seating overlooking Main street, a gazebo area, and a gas grill available for shared use, all with a mountain view. Excellent restaurants are only steps away with Red's Pizza across the street and Local Flavor, a short distance down Main Street. Parking downtown is very limited, and expensive when you can find it. Our parking at Bella Paradiso is all 'FREE'. Note: Trailer parking not available. Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates. Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly. Other Things to Note: The Bella Paradiso Condominiums are located at the gateway to Downtown Eureka Springs on the South side of the Historic Downtown. There are sidewalks leading you to the nightlife, restaurants, shopping, museums and historic charm of Eureka Springs. Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. \*Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). We love that it’s really close to downtown but also seemingly secluded with trees all around you. We spent time with friends on the spacious deck and walked downtown for breakfast and shopping. We have stayed in another unit at the Bella paradise before, and found it to be similar and both units decently inexpensive for the location. We like the upgrade in the walk in shower. While we didn’t run into any issues per se, our room had a dehumidifier in it that was full of water making the room smell sort of musty. We emptied it and made sure to empty it throughout the day and before bed and the mustiness went away for the rest of our stay. ##### Carrie P.
