Rooms can be quite stuffy/humid. Had issues with our air conditioner failing to work and had to call the desk twice during 3 night stay. Prompt to come fix it during daytime hours when maintenance is in the building but in the evening hours we just had to deal with it not working. Also beware if you have allergies or breathing issues, the deoderizers they use in hallway and rooms is very very very strong. Caused headache and asthma issues first night of our stay. Offered an ionizer for our room the next night, but not a fan of breathing ozone either. When synthetic fragrances are so strong makes me wonder what it is that is trying to be covered up. Simple cleanliness doesnt need to be covered by chemical synthetic fragrances. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy check in and out. Comfortable beds and linens. Loved how large the shower was and easily able to accomodate a shower seat for people with disabilities. Large room. Nice and bright, but also able to totally darken room with darkning shades. Some rooms have a remote and the ability to electronically raise and lower the blinds.

The breakfast was nice. Room was clean fridge was a little loud but it wasn’t unbearable. Beds were comfy. Kids liked the pool and I loved that it was open all day (7am-10pm) both check in and checkout were quick and easy. Clock in our room kept resetting itself but we didn’t mind since we didn’t use the alarm clock but definitely something that could affect you if you plan on using the alarm clock.

A handsome, spacious property (lobby, dining area, access), with equally handsome, very spacious rooms. Super quiet and a range of amenities (microwave, fridge, safe, large television, desk area and lounge seating). Front desk employees cheerful, cordial and helpful. The check-in was awful@@@ They said they didn't have the reservation and needed a confirmation # which we didn't have because we had gone through Expedia. All we had was the transaction number. The front desk girl finally found the reservation after an inordinate amount of time. I had to make phone calls to my Mom who had made and prepaid the reservation. This is inexcusable.

Very good hotel for price although they were letting other hotels let their guests come use the hot tub and pool so there was no room for us to even sit in the hot tub and a lady who was not even staying there got mad and cursed at me because i was going to go ask the front desk about it. I just wanted to be able to use it without kids splashing in the hot tub next to me. It was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Other than that the hotel is clean quiet and convenient.

Extremely comfortable bed everything clean I love staying at Holiday Inn however, all I heard all night long were people slamming their doors over and over again. I don’t understand why hotels don’t install soft touch closures for doors.

Not ADA as advertised in room description!
There was supposed to be a “roll in” shower in the room that I paid for, for my mother whom, is handicapped. There was NOT! I choose that room specifically for the bathroom access. Such a let down! I will not be booking here again!
