Kevin,You left a 1 because we would not let you have your pet in a non-pet friendly room. You booked through Expedia and it clearly states on their website our pet policies and you stayed with us last year in a pet friendly room. In reality you did not even stay with us so this reivew is not even valid. We have over 20 pet friendly rooms we love dogs. We do not allow pets in non-pet rooms to keep the guests who may be allergic to cats or dogs who stay with us after putting a cat or dog in a room.

Hello Clarence,Thank you for staying with us. I did check on all of the time stamps on your arrivals and the first room checked in at 3:25pm, 2nd room at 4:48pm and the third room 4:46pm. I don't know if you were actually waiting in the lobby for that entire time or that is when the different parties happen to arrive. We do apologize if you were waiting. We do have a guarantee check in time at 4:00 but after a sold out night we would rarely have a room available at 12:00 since we have to wait for the guests to leave and then make sure it's your room type that you booked through Expedia.
