Dear Christopher, thank you very much for having stayed here with us! I would like to explain that our upmost priority currently is the safety of our guests and that we do therefore 100% apply and comply to the governmental corona regulations in place. We have also certified with SGS institute in order to secure this. You are right saying that you are missing the beloved services like gym, ... but for the time being I cannot open them. What we have been working on and changed is the breakfast (NEW: with live cooking station now) and dinner offer. Dear anonymus, first I would like to thank you for having chosen our hotel and taking the time to respond. Regarding the cost of the parking space I can only try to explain that we do also have to pay a rent for that area and have to entertain it on 365 days, sometimes even around the clock in case of snow or ice. We are also trying to keep the area clean and the trees and plants well entertained and have quite some investments in this area such as the replacement of the barrier this year for example. But you can always use the free parking lots in the street. Our restaurant menu was limited because in the vacation time our hotel is not that busy. Maybe a nice tip for your next trip: During the summer, we offer a barbeque-buffet in the evenings of some days. Hoping to see you back here at the Radisson Blu Hotel Karlsruhe! Dear Anonymous, first of all I would líke to thank you for the, all in all, positive rating of your stay. Yes, our hotel is situated a 10 minute drive from the city centres of Karlsruhe and Ettlingen, but on the other hand very easily placed, depending on the purpose of the travel. But to all our guests we try to be a nice "oasis" by offering a pool, brand new fitness room, today we open our new summer terrace and many other little details. What we all here in any case always try to do is to be very welcoming and positive minded regarding our guests; I don´t really know what has made you have the described feeling but will have an eye on it.
